The CT Department Of Transportation is holding a series of sessions on the state’s long-term transportation plan.

**Hartford County**
The town of West Hartford bicycling safety task force has issued the town bike plan and recommendations.

The plan was formally adopted by the town council in May 2008; For more information please contact the webmaster at the bottom of this page.
The city of Hartford has also created a bicycling task force, please contact the Hartford Mayor's Office or CRCOG for details.
In addition, the towns of Glastonbury, Simsbury, and Greenwich are in the process of developing bicycle-friendly community plans, or have already done so.
