PA 08-101 was signed into law May 27, 2008. This law requires motorists to pass cyclists safely and not closer than three feet away. It takes effect October 1, 2008. To read the text, click on the "Your rights as a cyclist" link above.

Notice- State crews have installed new storm drains on Route 136 in Westport, Weston, Fairfield, and Easton, from about Black Rock down to Catamount.

The paving work is reported as completed. A remaining hazard is the grate on the southbound side just past Treasure Road.
